We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility: You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any parts or machines that require or contain fuel, oil, or are or contain electrical components
- Gift cards
- Clearance/Final Sale items
- Custom or special-order products
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Inspection & Approval – We will inspect the item once received and confirm if it meets our return requirements.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account.
Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If return shipping is not prepaid, the cost may be deducted from your refund.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Prepaid Label Option: Upon request, we can email you a prepaid return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
